About
Holland Denvir develops projects and collaborations that connect design, community, and culture.
Their work spans design festivals, product collaborations, and industry partnerships — creating opportunities for designers, brands, and audiences to engage with design in new ways.
Background
Holland began their career as a woodworker, furniture maker, and sculptor, working hands-on with materials before moving into the design industry. They later worked in interior design at Los Angeles studios including Bishop Pass, House of Honey, and Pali Group, building a deep connection to the architecture and interiors community.
In 2018, Holland joined Hem as the company’s first U.S. employee, helping establish the brand’s presence in the American market. They opened Hem’s Los Angeles and New York showrooms and built the early U.S. team, marking a transition from practicing design to focusing on brand building and community within the industry.
In 2020, they founded Denvir Enterprises, a creative agency and consultancy that worked with more than 20 design brands on business development, partnerships, events, and strategic initiatives.
In 2025, Holland closed Denvir Enterprises to focus on three initiatives: LA Design Week/end (LADW), Gantri, and Nomadory, continuing their work building community, partnerships, and new platforms within the design industry.
